Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating is a high-quality external anti-corrosion coating. The coating works by electrostatically spraying a specially formulated epoxy resin powder onto a pre-treated (typically sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade) sample of steel pipe. This treated pipe sample has been preheated (to approximately 200 – 250°C) too.
