A: Yes, we has extensive experience in global logistics and we can ship our steel products to any major port in the world. We select reliable freight forwarders to ensure your international projects is shipped on time and in a secure manner

A: Quality is our first priority. Our products are produced with strict adherence to international standards​API, ASTM, EN, BS, JIS, and AS/NZS. We can provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) on request. You may also inspect our products through third-party inspection agencies (i.e. SGS, BV) to ensure the products meet all technical and quality requirements.

A: The application environment drives this choice:

•  Use Hot-Dipped Galvanized (HDG) pipe in harsh, hostile and outdoor environments for the best protection against corrosion. The hot-dipped galvanizing process coats the entire pipe interior and exterior with a thick, durable layer of zinc following fabrication.

•  Use Pre-Galvanized pipe in indoor, dry and less corrosive environment, and uniform bright finish is important. Overall it is a lower cost option, offering lower quality protection if exposed to corrosion, especially at the weld seam. 

A: A 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coating is an excellent anti-corrosion coating. The three main benefits are, adhesion to steel substrate is superior, performs well against mechanical impact and damage while being installed, and provides an excellent barrier to moisture and chemicals. As a consequence of these benefits, buried or underwater pipelines can expect a very long service life (50+ years) making it the default choice for critical oil and gas projects. 

A: Both are excellent modular systems, but are suited for different needs:

• Ringlock has more flexibility for a wider range of connections and structures. The rosette or multi-connection point allows framing at many angles which suitable for more complex structures, circular tanks, and challenging shore jobs.

• Kwikstage is faster to assemble when a simple, straight facade is required. The wedge-fixing connector is the fastest putting an exterior together without fasteners for general construction projects, saving labour hours.

A: In structural engineering, there are several products and methods that we suggest based on the load and design you are trying to achieve:

• Hollow Sections (SHS & RHS): The Hollow Sections (SHS & RHS) are strong and have a great strength-to-weight ratio, making them suitable for building frame beams, columns, and trusses.

• ERW Pipes: ERW pipes are generally used as a construction structure for scaffolding construction because they are low-priced!

• Large-Diameter LSAW/SSAW: These pipes are used for applications such as bridge piling, large building support foundations, and other heavy-duty foundations.

• Galvanized Pipes: usually required for outdoor structures such as guardrails, post signs, and exposed frameworks which will be exposed to the elements over time and require protection from corrosion. 

A: Yes, we can. For high-pressure hydraulic systems and high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, we recommend our Seamless Steel Pipes as they will work best for all your high-pressure applications. Seamless pipes will not fail at allowed internal pressures because they don’t have any seams to burst (which is a safety concern for applications such as High-Pressure), so your hydraulic equipment is safe and will not fail!
