Main Applications

Hygienic pipeline systems for transporting clean fluids (e.g., pharmaceutical solutions, food raw materials).
3.Water Treatment and Environmental Protection Industry
Sewage treatment pipelines, seawater desalination systems, industrial circulating water pipelines, etc.
4.Marine and Offshore Engineering
Marine pipeline systems (e.g., fuel pipelines, seawater cooling pipelines, ballast water systems).

Pipelines with significant temperature variations, such as steam pipelines in thermal power plants.
Advantages
1.Convenient and Flexible Installation and Disassembly
• The flange disc can freely fit over the pipeline without direct welding, connecting indirectly through a welding ring, which significantly simplifies the installation process and saves time costs.
• Ideal for scenarios requiring frequent disassembly and maintenance (such as pipeline cleaning or valve replacement), especially in environments with limited space (e.g., ships, chemical equipment).
2.Rotatable for Bolt Hole Alignment, Reducing Installation Difficulty
• The flange body can rotate around the pipeline, facilitating quick alignment of bolt holes and reducing stress concentration caused by installation deviations. This is particularly advantageous for large-diameter pipelines or complex systems with multiple flanges.
3.Adaptable to Various Working Conditions and Media Environments
• Corrosion Resistance: Made of stainless steel, alloy steel, and other materials, suitable for highly corrosive scenarios such as chemical engineering and seawater treatment.
• Temperature Resistance: Can withstand high-temperature (e.g., steam pipelines) and low-temperature (e.g., refrigeration systems) environments, preventing sealing failure due to thermal expansion and contraction.
• Wide Pressure Adaptability: While not suitable for ultra-high-pressure conditions, it meets the sealing requirements of medium and low-pressure systems (e.g., food pipelines, water treatment pipelines).
4.Avoids Welding Contamination and Meets Hygiene Standards
• In industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, direct welding of pipelines is unnecessary, reducing risks of contamination from welding slag and oxides to ensure the cleanliness of fluid transportation, in compliance with hygiene standards such as GMP.
5.Compensates for Minor Displacements and Reduces Pipeline Stress
• The rotatable feature of the flange can compensate for minor displacements caused by temperature changes, installation errors, etc., reducing mechanical stress in the pipeline system and extending its overall service life.
