Detailed Description of LSAW Pipe
LSAW steel pipe is a kind of large diameter steel pipe, which is mainly used for long-distance transportation of oil, natural gas and other fluids. Its manufacturing process begins with hot rolled steel plate, which is molded into a cylinder by UOE (sequentially bent into U-shape, O-shape and then enlarged) or JCOE (rolled edges and then sequentially bent into J-shape, C-shape, O-shape and then enlarged), and then finally welded inside and outside the weld seam by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) technology, where the arc is covered by a layer of flux during the welding process.

Land and sea oil/gas pipelines: transporting high-pressure crude oil, natural gas and refined oil products, suitable for thousands of kilometers of long-distance pipelines (such as the West-East Natural Gas Pipeline Project).
Technical support: wall thickness up to 40mm or more, pressure resistance grade over X80 (yield strength ≥555MPa)
Mining and industrial transportation
High wear-resistant slurry pipeline: transportation of abrasive slurry (solid-liquid mixture material) such as ore, tailings, etc., resisting corrosion by particle scouring.
