Detailed Description of Tubing Pipe
Production tubing is the pipe string which conveys hydrocarbons to surface. It is set in the final casing string, along with the production casing, is the last barrier preventing produced fluids from entering the environment, which is why the integrity of the tubing is critical. The tubing needs to support its weight, any down hole equipment, and dynamic loads while producing, which means it must have adequate tensile strength. The joints (couplings) are the most important part of the tubing string. We stock standard API connections like EUE (External Upset End), which provides higher joint strength, and NUE (Non-Upset End), and specific premium gas-tight connections for high-pressure gas wells.
