Main Applications
1.Petroleum and natural gas
Oilfield wellheads, long-distance pipelines, and high-temperature & high-pressure pipelines in refineries (such as connections for distillation columns and reactors).
2.Chemical and petrochemical industries
Transportation of strong acids, strong bases, and corrosive media (such as sulfuric acid and liquid chlorine), as well as pipelines for high-temperature equipment like ethylene cracking furnaces and polymerization reactors.
3.Power industry
Steam pipelines in thermal power plants (supercritical units with pressure ≥25mpa) and circulating water systems of generating units.
4.Metallurgical industry
Blast furnace gas pipelines, high-temperature flue gas emission systems of steelmaking furnaces, and high-pressure oxygen transportation pipelines.
5.Food and pharmaceutical industry
Sterile pipelines in clean workshops (such as injection production lines), using stainless steel materials and complying with hygiene standards.
6.Shipping and marine engineering
High-pressure fuel pipelines in ship engine rooms and seawater desalination systems on offshore platforms, requiring resistance to salt fog corrosion and vibration.
Advantages
1.High strength and structural stability
The butt-welding connection forms an integral structure with pipes, featuring strong tensile and vibration resistance, suitable for high-pressure conditions.
2.Excellent temperature and pressure resistance
Capable of withstanding high temperatures (e.G., over 500℃) and high pressures (up to class 2500), suitable for harsh environments like refining and chemical industries.
3.Reliable sealing performance
Welded joints reduce leakage risks, and combined with sealing gaskets, effectively prevent medium leakage, especially for toxic, flammable, and explosive media.
4.Corrosion resistance and long service life
Available in materials like stainless steel and alloy steel to withstand acid, alkali, seawater, and other corrosive media, prolonging system lifespan.
5.Convenient installation and maintenance
The welded structure simplifies field installation, and its high strength reduces maintenance frequency, lowering operational costs for industrial systems.
